1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and tigar888 ("tigar888", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tigar888 online gaming platform accessible at tigar888.net, including all games, services, features, and content offered thereon ("Platform").

3 Account Registration

4 KYC & Identity Verification

tigar888 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme in accordance with responsible gaming best practices. Pakistan players may be required to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to circumstances involving large PKR withdrawal requests, bonus claim disputes, or suspicion of account misuse.

5 Deposits, Withdrawals & PKR Banking

All financial transactions on the tigar888 Platform are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). tigar888 accepts PKR deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast (IBFT), HBL, UBL, MCB Bank, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20/BEP20).

Minimum deposit amounts are as follows:

• Easypaisa / JazzCash: 300 PKR per transaction.
• Raast / Bank Transfer: 500 PKR per transaction.
• Visa / Mastercard: 1,000 PKR per transaction.
• USDT (crypto equivalent): 500 PKR equivalent per transaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General bonus conditions applicable to all tigar888 promotions unless otherwise specified:

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the tigar888 Platform — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, video streams, and data — is the intellectual property of tigar888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Pakistan players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the tigar888 Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Privacy & Data Protection

tigar888's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of Pakistan player personal data is governed by the tigar888 Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the tigar888 Privacy Policy.

tigar888 collects personal data from Pakistan players strictly for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, customer support, regulatory compliance, and improvement of the tigar888 Platform. tigar888 does not sell Pakistan player personal data to third parties.

12 Responsible Gaming

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The player is under 18 years of age.
• The player has provided false or misleading information to tigar888.
• The player's account has been used for fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful purpose.
• Account activity poses an unacceptable risk of financial harm to the player under tigar888's responsible gaming obligations.

Where a Pakistan player's tigar888 account is terminated for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any verified PKR balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method. Where termination follows a Terms breach, tigar888 reserves the right to withhold balances pending investigation.

15 Amendments to These Terms

Continued use of the tigar888 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If a Pakistan player does not agree to the revised Terms, they must cease using tigar888 and may request account closure prior to the effective date of the changes.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them or the tigar888 Platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Pakistan players agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the applicable courts for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be settled through tigar888's internal dispute resolution process.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
